“Harbor Trust Insurance is a Boston-based provider offering comprehensive coverage for home, auto, marine, and more. With deep roots in the city’s coastal heritage, the company prides itself on reliability, protection, and trust—values reflected in every aspect of its brand identity.”
For this project, I was tasked with developing a cohesive visual system based solely on the brief description above. This included creating a logo, selecting a color palette that captured both professionalism and a modern New England charm, and choosing typography that conveyed stability and approachability.
I then used the brand system to create essential business materials such as envelopes, letterheads, and business cards, ensuring a cohesive and polished presentation.
For this project, I developed a custom icon set for a whimsical yet cozy cat café. The goal was to capture the café’s warm, inviting atmosphere and playful personality entirely through visual language—no text, just icons.
The set includes symbols for hot and cold drinks, food items, customer service, restrooms, and other key amenities. Each icon was designed with a consistent line weight, rounded shapes, and subtle feline-inspired details to reflect the brand’s charm while maintaining clarity and functionality.
